As Treasurer, Dave will oversee the management and reporting of ICTG’s finances. Dave brings many years of experience, including serving as Ruling Elder and Chair of Finance and Facilities at First Presbyterian Santa Barbara (his church for the past 15 years). For many years, he also owned and ran a management company focused on acquisitions, day-to-day management, and dispositions of real estate for large public pensions.
“Dave’s successful background in running a management company, as well as his experience in governing a faith based nonprofit through significant operational transitions, will be instrumental as ICTG moves from being a start-up nonprofit to an established organization with national reach,” said ICTG Executive Director, Rev. Dr. Katherine Wiebe.
Dave first found out about ICTG from Kate, who worships at the same church.
“Kate’s experience, at the previous church she served, where trauma occurred, and where she first realized the need for professional and proven ways for churches to help congregants, was very inspiring to me,” said Dave, “I would like to help ICTG become all that the Lord has planned for it.”
