Welcome! Thank you for participating in this survey. Your responses help us better understand the long term impacts of trauma and best practices for healing and growth among congregations and ministry groups.
This survey is most useful when completed at least three (3) years or more from the date of a primary incident or the revelation of a series of incidents.
This voluntary survey will take about 10 – 15 minutes, and is intended for clergy, pastors, or ministry leaders who have access to demographic records for the organization.
